Jonathan J. Bond, known as Jay, is the newest member of the Bond Law team. He is gaining valuable experience in both civil and criminal matters and has expanded the practice into the area of probate and estates. Jay handles the firm’s creditors rights and collection cases, and by doing so has gained valuable experience in dealing with debtor’s rights or individual’s rights against collections. Jay has also been involved in litigation involving student athletes and eligibility issues and has developed a firm appreciation for the necessity of the discovery process in litigation. Jay has also handled several consumer right’s claims against automobile sales companies and has a very thorough working knowledge of the uniform commercial code as it applies in Ohio and federally. Jay also is the firm’s contact person for nonlitigation corporation work, including formation, employment handbooks, employment termination issues, and discrimination claims. The addition of Jonathan to Bond Law has complimented our ability to be a full-service general practice firm.
